This morning saw my return to training again, which my legs are feeling in a major way. I don't know how I'm going to pull up in the morning but I will be trying to go for a run…will see how that goes. I'm not expecting a very successful pace or distance but will do my best. Gotta start somewhere again after such an extended period off!
Right now it's only 9.15pm and I'm in bed ready to sleep; my trainer wil be thrilled. He's only been trying to get me to go to bed before 10.30pm for about 6-12months…so not long at all haha.
Tomorrow is also going to be a HUGE day at work, with appointments booked in every half hour, a 2 hour training seminar in the afternoon (my first time hosting – eek!!) and a half hour meeting in the afternoon. I expect to be absolutely brain fried by the end of the day. Funnily enough I am going to trivia with friends, where I don't expect my brain will be of much use. Maybe I should study up on some bad jokes to crack when I don't know the answer.

I expect it will be straight home from trivia and straight to bed. I think at this point most of my Thursday is free but I will need that time to catch up on emails and paperwork that I will have missed from Wednesday!
Tonight I went grocery shopping and picked up some supplies to start making good, healthy lunches again starting with a chicken and orange salad tomorrow. It will be great to get back on the good food train. It might even help with that big bum I've been acquiring again.
Now off to visit dream land and get some much needed zzzz's! Night all!
