As a result of my recent travels to Melbourne and Bali (which yes, I’m still slowly blogging about), I have grown a food baby.
I could say a big ass and thighs, but they were already there.
So it’s time to do something about that, since it’s winter and with time on my side I could have a banging body come summer. I’ve also made a challenge with a friend that I will wear a bikini in a month for a girls weekend, so some of this belly and bum will have to go. And that bum is not Kim Kardashian like where it’s huge but it still somehow manages to be super hot. This bum is big, floppy and as white as can be (it does not ever see the daylight, also unlike Kim Kardashian’s bum, but I won’t go there).
So the shit gets real tomorrow. I’ve got a measuring tape ready to go to do some body measurements, and the scales are already starting to fear the weight that will be displayed on its poor little LCD screen. My fridge remains empty with the grocery shopping scheduled for tomorrow night, but it’s quivering under the expectations of the sheer amount of fresh food to be shoved into the fresh section at the bottom. Oh yes, we’re all nervous, we’re all wishing it was simple as chocolate, wine, and some amazing smelling fresh bread, but no more. This body needs a break and a serious detox.
I’ve also added a little ticker to the side of my blog which you can now see, but here’s another display for you. As you can see I’m using MyFitnessPal for my calorie counting and tracking. At the moment it’s an optimistic 10kg that I want to lose, I fear it may be more when I step on the scales. It all depends, I want to get under 70kg (I don’t remember when I have ever been under that, so that’s the magic number). Of course, that may all change once I start nearing that, as it all depends on my appearance.

But anyways, stay tuned for the ride where I grumble about wanting chocolate and wine!
